1. General Information

2. The purpose of data processing, the scope of personal data, the legal basis for processing and the processing period
The Administrator may process personal data for the following purposes and legal bases:
Conclusion and performance of the contract
Personal data are processed by the Administrator:
– for the purpose of providing services electronically in the scope of making the content collected on the website available to Users, including for the purpose of concluding and performing a contract – then the legal basis for processing is the necessity of processing for the performance of the contract (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter b of the GDPR);
– in order to establish and pursue claims or defend against claims – the legal basis for processing is the legitimate interest of the Administrator (Article 6 paragraph 1 letter f of the GDPR), consisting in the protection of its rights.
Contact form
The Administrator provides the possibility of contacting him using an electronic contact form. Using the form requires providing Personal Data necessary to establish contact with the User and respond to the inquiry. The User may also provide other data to facilitate contact or handling the inquiry. Providing data marked as mandatory is required in order to accept and handle the inquiry, and failure to provide them results in the inability to handle it. Providing the remaining data is voluntary.
Personal data are processed for the purpose of identifying the sender and handling their query sent via the provided form – the legal basis for processing is the necessity of processing for the performance of the service provision agreement (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter b of the GDPR); in the scope of data provided optionally, the legal basis for processing is consent (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter a of the GDPR).
Marketing
Personal data may be processed for the purpose of promotional and marketing activities of the Administrator based on the consent granted (Article 6 paragraph 1 letter A of the GDPR).
Personal data may also be used by the Administrator to send you marketing and commercial content via various channels, i.e. via e-mail, telephone, MMS/SMS based on the consent granted (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter A of the GDPR).
Such actions are taken by the Administrator only if you have given your consent, which may be withdrawn at any time.
Personal data are also processed for analytical and statistical purposes – the legal basis for processing is the legitimate interest of the Administrator (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter f of the GDPR), consisting in conducting analyses of your activities in order to improve the functionalities used.
Legal obligations of the administrator
Personal data may be processed for the purpose of fulfilling the legal obligations incumbent on the controller (including tax and accounting regulations) – legal basis of Article 6 paragraph 1 letter C of the GDPR.
3. Recipients of personal data
The Administrator transfers data only when it is necessary to achieve a given purpose of personal data processing and only to the extent necessary to achieve it.
The recipients of personal data are persons authorised by the Administrator to process data, persons cooperating with the Administrator (including under an employment contract, contract of mandate, service contract) - as part of the performance of their duties, entities to which the Administrator commissions the performance of activities involving the need to process data (processors), such as providers of ICT, internet, accounting and legal services, as well as public administration bodies or judicial authorities, if the Administrator is obliged to provide such data under the law.

The Administrator does not transfer the collected data outside the European Economic Area, subject to the transnational nature of data flows within Facebook and Linkedin.

The person whose personal data is being processed has the following rights:
- The right to access, rectify, limit, delete or transfer personal data – the data subject has the right to request access to their personal data, rectify it, delete it ("the right to be forgotten") or limit its processing and has the right to object to the processing, as well as the right to transfer their data.
- The right to withdraw consent at any time – a person whose data is processed on the basis of consent – pursuant to Article 6 paragraph 1 letter a) or Article 9 paragraph 2 letter a) of the GDPR – has the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
- The right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority – the person whose data is being processed has the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in the manner and procedure specified in the provisions of the GDPR and Polish law, in particular the Personal Data Protection Act. The supervisory authority in Poland is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
- Right to object – the data subject has the right to object at any time, for reasons relating to his or her particular situation, to the processing of his or her personal data based on Article 6(1)(e) of the GDPR or Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, including profiling based on these provisions. In such a case, the Joint Controllers are no longer allowed to process the personal data, unless he or she demonstrates compelling legitimate grounds for processing that override the interests, rights and freedoms of the data subject, or grounds for establishing, pursuing or defending claims.

The concept of cookies
Cookies are small text files saved on your device when you use the Administrator's website and any other similar technologies used to collect information about your activities on the website. Cookies may come from the Administrator or from the Administrator's trusted partners.

The website uses permanent and session cookies.
Session Cookies – Some cookies are temporary files that are stored until you log out, leave the page or close your web browser. These types of cookies help analyze network traffic, identify and resolve technical issues and make navigating the website easier.
"Persistent" Cookies - "Persistent" Cookies are stored for the time specified in their parameters or until the User deletes them. They help the Administrator remember your settings and preferences to make their next visit more convenient or to provide them with tailored content.
How can I change my cookie settings?
Your web browser should allow you to change your settings to reject, delete or block certain Cookies. Since some Cookies are essential for the website to function, changing your browser settings may prevent some services from working properly or even prevent you from using the website altogether.
Social plugins Facebook and Linkedin
The Administrator uses plugins on the website that direct to the social networking sites Facebook and Linkedin. These plugins are marked with the logo of the given social networking site. After clicking on the logo, a direct connection is made between your browser and the server of the given service and you will be redirected to the website of the external provider, i.e. the owner of the social networking sites Facebook and Instagram, and your web browser will establish a direct connection with the servers of these social networking sites. Using these functions may involve the use of external cookies.
The content of the plug-in is transmitted by the provider directly to you and integrated into the page. Thanks to this integration, the provider receives information that your browser has displayed the Joint Controllers' website, even if you do not have a Facebook or Instagram profile or are not currently logged into the social network. Such information (including your IP address) is sent by your browser directly to the provider's server (some servers may be located in the USA) and stored there.
The purpose and scope of data collection and their further processing and use by the provider of the portal Facebook and Linkedin, as well as the possibility of contact and your rights in this regard and the possibility of making settings to protect your privacy are described in the privacy policies of Facebook and Linkedin.
If you do not want social media sites to assign data collected during visits to the Administrator's website directly to your profile on that site, you should log out of that site before visiting the site. You can also completely prevent plugins from loading on the site by using appropriate extensions for your browser.
From the moment you click on a given plug-in, your personal data is processed on a given social networking site, and Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2 Ireland, together with the Controller, becomes the Joint Controllers of your personal data. The Controller informs that from the moment you actively click on the plug-in button, the Controller has no influence on the nature and scope of personal data collected by a given social networking site and their processing.
The Administrator is present in social media to draw attention to their services and to communicate with users for this purpose and to improve services. Personal data, i.e.: - basic identification data (Name and Surname, nickname) to the extent published on the Facebook profile,
– profile photo;
– IP address and browser ID of the user;
– data published by you on your Facebook profile;
– anonymous statistical data on people visiting the fanpage,
are processed on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR due to the legitimate interests of the Joint Controllers in the field of public relations, communication and service improvement.
If you contact the Administrator via social media, the Administrator will process the personal data provided by you (including the data indicated above) in order to process your inquiry, in particular to answer the questions asked. The legal basis for the processing of personal data is in many cases Article 6 paragraph 1 letter b of the GDPR (performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures) or, if this legal basis is not appropriate, Article 6 paragraph 1 letter f) of the GDPR due to legitimate interests resulting from the listed purposes.
The Administrator informs that from the moment you actively click on the plug-in button, you have no influence on the nature and scope of personal data collected by a given social networking site.

8. Profiling
Personal data for marketing purposes are processed using profiling.
The data subject has the right not to be subject to a decision which is based solely on automated processing, including profiling, and produces legal effects or significantly affects that person.

In the event of significant changes to the provisions of the Privacy Policy, you will be informed in due time.
