REGULATIONS FOR VISITORS

"YOUR LITTLE HOUSE" FAIR IN WROCŁAW

 

APPOINTMENT: April 17-19, 2026

These Regulations define the terms and conditions for the use of the Organizer's services by Visitors during the Fair, and entry to the Fair grounds constitutes acceptance of these Regulations by Visitors who undertake to comply with them.

  1. Entry to the Fair is possible after purchasing a ticket at the ticket office on the premises or online and presenting the ticket at the entrance to the Fair.
  2. All persons participating in the Fair consent to the use of their image by the Organizer for promotional purposes of the event (photo documentation
    and film).
  3. On the Fair premises it is prohibited to:
  1. Visitors conducting any sales, commercial, canvassing, advertising, or promotional activities directed at other Visitors and Exhibitors, their own or other persons and third parties, services, products (including printed products), or events of a similar nature to the "Your Little Home" Fair, within the Trade Fair grounds and in its immediate vicinity (at the entrance to the Trade Fair). For violating this prohibition, the Organizer may charge the Visitor a fine of PLN 50,000 (fifty thousand zlotys) and the costs of any damage exceeding the stipulated penalty.
  2. Visitors may conduct any sales, commercial, canvassing, advertising, or promotional activities directed at other Visitors, their own or other persons or third parties, or products (including printed products), or events on the Trade Fair grounds or in their immediate vicinity (at the entrance to the Trade Fair). For violating this prohibition, the Organizer may charge the Visitor a fine of PLN 50,000 (fifty thousand zlotys) and the costs of any damages exceeding the stipulated fine. Offering activities in relation to Exhibitors may be conducted with their consent.
  3. destroying infrastructure, bringing in and using weapons, pyrotechnics, harmful chemicals, as well as open flames, other materials that constitute a fire hazard, damage to property and pose a threat to the health and life of persons, bringing in and consuming alcohol, with the exception of consuming alcoholic beverages purchased or served in places designated by the Fair Organizer; distributing and using narcotics, bringing in animals, bicycles, skateboards, etc., disturbing public order, including the use of vulgar and offensive words towards other Visitors, the Fair Organizer and exhibitors; initiating conflicts, public accusations against the Organizer and exhibitors, disseminating negative opinions and hypotheses that violate personal rights.
  1. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse entry to the Fair grounds or remove from the Fair grounds any individuals who do not possess a ticket, violate the rules and regulations specified in point 3 above, or are under the influence of alcohol or drugs. The Organizer also reserves the right to use security services or call the municipal police or the police.
  1. Visitors are prohibited from using photos and recordings made by any Visitor or created on behalf of the Organizer.
    on the Fair grounds and in their immediate vicinity (at the entrance to the Fair)
    and maintaining Exhibitors and the method of organizing the Fair for advertising and promotion purposes
    and the sale of own or other persons and third parties' services, products or events of a similar nature or similar to the "Your Little Home" Fair.
    For violating this prohibition, the Organizer may charge the Visitor with a fine.
    in the amount of PLN 50,000 (fifty thousand zlotys) and the costs of any damage exceeding the stipulated penalty.
  1. The Organizer shall not be liable to the Visitor for any movable items brought, left or lost by the Visitor on the premises of the Fair, as well as for any damage caused to the Visitor on the premises of the Fair by a third party or force majeure.
  1. The visitor is financially liable for any damage caused to the property of the Fair Organizer and for any damage caused to third parties, in accordance with general principles.
  2. In matters not regulated in the Regulations, generally applicable provisions of law shall apply.
